Cops are telling people out to Twitpic stuff they see. Someone I know in Vancouver just tweeted “All the rioters with beards will shave tomorrow”. It’s panopticon at the silliest possible level. Every on the ground picture I see is a bunch of canadians standing around with cell phones, taking pictures.
